The Bay Area’s best undiscovered classical talent will be revealed in a live concert event hosted by all the KDFC DJ’s and featuring guest performer and celebrity judge Lang Lang, the brilliant young pianist.
Three finalists in two categories (ages 10-20, and 21+) will perform, and the winners of $5,000 in prize money announced as the event finale. In addition to help judging the competition and offer his advice and opinions to the would-be stars, Lang Lang will perform a solo piano piece.
Tickets for the event are $25 each. A limited number of VIP tickets, including premium seats and a pre-curtain wine reception with Lang Lang and the KDFC hosts, are available at $75 per person.
