City Box Office

Effective February 6, 2025

By accessing and using the City Box Office website, you are hereby agreeing to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of City Box Office’s Terms of Use agreement. These Terms of Use form a binding legal agreement between you and City Box Office in relation to your use of our website. If you do not agree with all the Terms of Use, please do not visit or use our website.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No request for cancellations, changes, or refunds is accepted by City Box Office.

2. If applicable, you will not permit anyone other than yourself to use your username or password to gain access to our website. You will take reasonable steps to maintain the privacy of your username and password and to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of your username and password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. City Box Office strongly advises against purchasing tickets from any source other than our website. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeited, or otherwise compromised, and therefore may not be valid for admission. City Box Office assumes no liability for tickets purchased through unauthorized channels including StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek, ticketsales.com, san-francisco-theater.com, Craigslist, eBay, or any other secondary market or ticket broker services.

4. All orders will be screened for fraud, and at our discretion an order may be held pending a security review. City Box Office reserves the right to cancel any orders without notice that have been placed fraudulently or which violate the agreed Terms Of Use.

5. ADA accessible seating is reserved for guests with disabilities and their companions. By purchasing ADA accessible seating, you represent that you or a member of your party has a disability that requires the accessible features provided by the seating locations being purchased. Patrons found in violation of these guidelines will be reseated upon arrival at the venue.

6. If you request Digital or Mobile Tickets, they will be included in the order confirmation email. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, it is your responsibility to contact City Box Office no later than 4:00 pm on the day of the performance for a weekday performance or no later than 4:00 pm on a Saturday for a weekend performance to request a reissue of your order confirmation email. City Box Office will be available at the venue's box office at least 60 minutes before curtain time to assist you with any lost or missing order confirmation emails.

7. If you request tickets to be mailed by the US Postal Service, you should receive them within a reasonable amount of time, generally in 7 to 10 business days from the date of your order. If you do not receive them, it is your responsibility to contact City Box Office no later than 4:00 pm on the day of the performance for a weekday performance or no later than 4:00 pm on a Saturday for a weekend performance to resolve the situation in advance. City Box Office will be available at the venue's box office at least 60 minutes before curtain time to assist you with any lost or missing tickets.

8. If your tickets are to be held at will call, they will be at the venue’s box office on the day of the performance. The venue’s box office will open at least 60 minutes before curtain time. City Box Office suggests you arrive early to allow for parking and to avoid the last-minute rush.

9. If your tickets are to be held at will call, you must have the credit card used for the purchase or a government issued photo I.D. with you for identification. If someone else is picking up the tickets at will call, either that same credit card or a photocopy of it with an authorization note from you must be presented.

10. If a performance is either cancelled or rescheduled, City Box Office will make every effort to contact every patron via email, time permitting.

11. While City Box Office regrets the inconvenience caused by these circumstances, City Box Office cannot be held responsible for any cost or damage such cancellation or rescheduling may incur. Similarly, the conduct of events and performances for tickets purchased is the sole responsibility of the events' organizers and venue operators. City Box Office cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries, loss, or damages incurred by patrons while attending these events.

12. Refunds on tickets purchased will only be made for events that are cancelled or rescheduled. Fees are not refundable in any instance. However, your Ticket Processing Fee will be credited to your City Box Office account for use towards a future purchase. (Please note, City Box Office credits expire 12-months after the issue date, with no exceptions.)

13. All patrons purchasing from City Box Office must do so in the light of the above limitations.
