Micaya Presents the 28th Annual San Francisco International Hip Hop DanceFest (SFIHHDF), a groundbreaking presentation of hip hop dance culture from around the globe. SFIHHDF was the first festival in the world to present hip hop dance on a proscenium stage in a non-competitive setting—elevating the art form while honoring its legacy.
Each year, SFIHHDF brings together electrifying performances by internationally acclaimed dance companies. Expect jaw-dropping choreography, masterful technique, powerful storytelling, and a wide range of hip hop styles including breaking, popping, locking, waacking, krump, house, and more.
This year, the SFIHHDF stage will feature extraordinary dance artists from Japan, Montreal, Mexico City, Detroit, Los Angeles and The Bay Area!

The SFIHHDF has always been committed to keeping the ticket prices as low as possible. Your ticket price helps to cover the cost of rising theatre rental fees, wages for production staff and providing travel, stipends, and food for the dancers. However, the ticket prices do not fully cover all the costs required to present this world-class event. The ticket prices would triple if we relied only on ticket prices.
