City Box Office, in business since 1979, provides ticket sales by phone and internet, mail order processing, ticket printing and distribution, discount and complimentary ticket management, ticket sellers at performance, will call and guest list services, and the handling of, and processing of donations. Additional services for subscription performances include ticket exchanges and series renewals. Our senior staff members each have over 10 years of ticketing and box office background. All of our box office team members are familiar with local theaters and venues and provide excellent customer service.

A User Friendly Website with "Select Your Own Seats" Capability Purchasing a ticket through our website is both quick and easy. With user friendly navigation and simple account creation, patrons can purchase tickets to a variety of events in just a few short steps. With our mobile responsive website patrons are able to select their own seats, pay for, obtain, and validate tickets from any where, at any time using internet enabled mobile devices.
Member and Fan Club Pre-Sales Offer your members or fan club a password protected pre-sale, allowing them to purchase great seats before the public. Pre-sales can also be offered to the City Box Office opt-in mailing list. Subscription Package Sales Choose from our fixed package and create-your-own series modules to offer subscribers that ability to easily purchase subscriptions online and through our call center.
Experienced Call Center Staff Our call center is staffed with expericenced agents who can provide detailed event/venue information and, most importantly, sell tickets. Our agents are trained to think on their feet and provide great customer service. Open 6 days a week, our call center is here to help your patrons with any needs they may have.
Full Service Event Management We'll help you manage your guest lists and complimentary tickets, maintain allotments between sales outlets, set up discounts and promotional offers, and anything else you may need help with. You'll also be given the opportunity to send annoucements, promotions, and last minute deals to our opt-in mailing list.
Social Media Integration Our social media sharing buttons allow patrons to share your event on Twitter, Google+ and Facebook. Facebook and Twitter sharing also allows your ticket buyers to post their purchases to their news feed. Our Facebook ticketing module will allow you to sell directly to your fans through your own Facebook fan page.
Real Time Reporting Through our reporting module, you'll be able to see who's coming and how much money you've made. With 24/7 access, you'll be able to get the information you need, when you need it.
Event Staffing at the Venue On the day of your event, City Box Office will provide experienced box office staff to distribute will call, mange your guest list, and sell tickets.
